What youll do as a Technical Content Writer
Creating articles training materials and updates across all Xvantage pillars while maintaining consistency and high quality
Writing and editing various types of technical documentation such as user manuals user documentation tutorials user guides specifications and instruction manuals
Gathering and researching technical information from internal and external sources
Ensuring translation of technical details into friendly documents and articles
Developing content ideas and topics for help articles aligned with the main topic tree
Regularly updating content based on release notes
Publishing and managing content across designated platforms and tools
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineers software developers product development teams product designers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and better understand complex information
What youll bring
1-3 years of functional experience on a technical writer content writer content creation or a similar role (related to creating and recreating technical articles texts instructions and others)
Fluency in English (B2-C1)
Good technical knowledge (ability to understand and recreate technical texts)
University degree in Marketing or similar (an advantage)
Experience with content creating tools (Zendesk and Kentico are a plus) as well as MS Office
Ability to perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
