Whats the role
This role sits within the Community and Foundations Team which drives Westpacs Social Value Proposition (SVP). Youll lead the charge in shaping how Westpac shows up for communities especially in education by building partnerships that matter and designing programs that get our people involved. From volunteering to charitable giving youll make sure our efforts are aligned impactful and inspiring. This is a full-time role based in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices with flexible working options available.
What do I need
- Confidence leading strategy and partnerships across education philanthropy and government sectors
- Experience designing and managing employee programs like volunteering and giving
- Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for spotting opportunities to grow impact
- A practical understanding of social impact evaluation and how to measure what matters
- Ability to collaborate across teams and bring ideas to life with energy and clarity
