Provide first-level support for computers printers point-of-sale (POS) systems slot systems scanners and other IT hardware and software.
Respond to IT help desk requests document issues and track resolutions.
Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of PCs servers network devices and gaming systems.
Maintain accurate logs of system changes in compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) requirements.
Support surveillance security and compliance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Assist with user account management password resets and system access requests.
Conduct routine hardware inspections updates and preventive maintenance.
Escalate complex issues to IT Director or external vendors as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information per company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed in a 24/7 casino operation.
Develop recommendations for management.
Responsible for maintaining IT compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulation
Other reasonable duties assigned.
