YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore to grow our talented team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for technology and innovation. As a software development and consulting firm we are always looking for the best talents in technology and design. The key objective of this function is to attract recruit and advise the best talents in the industry and grow the PALO IT brand in Singapore.
PALO IT in Singapore is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to this growth and work WITH us not FOR us. The role would ideally suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managethefullrecruitmentlifecyclefromsourcingthroughtoofferacceptance.
- EnsurecompliancewithinternalSOPsandregulatoryguidelinesduringselectionandassessment.
- Researchandexperimentwithsourcingtoolsandtechniques.
- Buildtalentpipelinesusingcreativesourcingstrategies:socialmediareferralsnetworkingdirectoutreachandadvancedinternetsourcing.
- RepresentPALOITatindustryeventsusergroupsandnetworkingsessionstopromoteouremployerbrand.
- Co-designhiringmaterialsalignedwithourEmployeeValueProposition.
- Gatherfeedbackfromnewhirestocontinuouslyimproverecruitmentprocesses.
- Championaseamlessandengagingcandidateexperience.
- Supportdiversity&inclusiongraduatehiringandinternshipprogrammes.
- Collaborateonrecruitmentdriveswithexternalpartners.
- PitchinwithbroaderHRinitiativeswhenneeded.
YOURPROFILE:
- 23yearsexperienceintechrecruitmentideallywithinafast-pacedtechfirmconsultancyorheadhuntingagency.
- Backgroundorexposuretocomputingdesignorhigh-techdomains.
- Strongknowledgeoftechroles:AISoftwareEngineers(Web/Mobile)DataEngineersDevSecOpsCloudEngineersUI/UXDesignersDeliveryLeadsetc.
- Provenabilitytomanagehigh-volumehiringwhenrequired.
- Trackrecordofhiringtop-tiertechtalent.
- Comfortableworkingautonomouslyanddrivinginitiativesinadynamicenvironment.
- Entrepreneurialmindsetwithaflairforinnovationandproblem-solving.
- Abletoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersandbuildtrustacrossteams.
- Teamplayerwithagreatsenseofhumourweworkhardandhavefundoingit.
