The key objective of this function is to attract recruit and advise the best talents in the industry and grow the PALO IT brand in Singapore.

• RepresentPALOITatindustryeventsusergroupsandnetworkingsessionstopromoteouremployerbrand.
• Co-designhiringmaterialsalignedwithourEmployeeValueProposition.
• Gatherfeedbackfromnewhirestocontinuouslyimproverecruitmentprocesses.
• Championaseamlessandengagingcandidateexperience.
• Supportdiversity&inclusiongraduatehiringandinternshipprogrammes.

YOURPROFILE:

• 23yearsexperienceintechrecruitmentideallywithinafast-pacedtechfirmconsultancyorheadhuntingagency.
• Backgroundorexposuretocomputingdesignorhigh-techdomains.
• Strongknowledgeoftechroles:AISoftwareEngineers(Web/Mobile)DataEngineersDevSecOpsCloudEngineersUI/UXDesignersDeliveryLeadsetc.
• Provenabilitytomanagehigh-volumehiringwhenrequired.
• Trackrecordofhiringtop-tiertechtalent.
• Comfortableworkingautonomouslyanddrivinginitiativesinadynamicenvironment.
• Entrepreneurialmindsetwithaflairforinnovationandproblem-solving.
