About the Role
As a Senior EMEA Benefits Specialist at Miro you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries. You will leverage your expertise in multi-country benefits vendor management and data analysis to ensure our programs remain compliant competitive and aligned with employee needs. This role is essential for maintaining a high-quality employee experience while providing actionable insights to support business decisions. You will act as the primary benefits expert for EMEA balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking.
What youll do
- Own the administration and compliance of EMEA benefits programs including health wellness retirement and other employee benefits
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure benefits offerings remain competitive cost-effective and aligned with industry best practices
- Manage relationships with vendors and brokers to ensure high-quality service resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement
- Respond to employee inquiries and sensitive situations with empathy accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with HRBPs Payroll Finance and Legal to ensure seamless operations and cross-functional alignment
- Monitor regulatory changes across EMEA countries and recommend program updates to maintain compliance and relevance
- Develop and execute communications to engage employees and increase awareness and utilization of benefits programs
What youll need
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience managing benefits in multiple EMEA countries ideally in a global SaaS or technology company
- Strong knowledge of multi-country benefits regulations statutory requirements and cultural nuances
- Experience managing multiple vendors and brokers including practices in data sharing bill payments and issue escalations
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for employees in complex situations
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships across People and business functions
