Were seeking a benefits guru to join us as an Account Manager II Employee Benefits. In this role youll work directly with brokers carriers and clients to deliver exceptional service and help businesses navigate the complexities of employee benefits.
What youll do...
- Independently manage a book of business under $700000 in commission income.
- Partner with producers to develop and coordinate service plans for assigned accounts.
- Prepare file setups quotes proposals and renewal packages for groups between 2100 lives.
- Support client meetings enrollment events and benefit fairs.
- Review applications policies and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain account files track deadlines and deliver timely responses to client inquiries.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
- Stay current on industry trends products and compliance requirements.

What Youll Bring
- 24 years of direct Employee Benefits Account Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of plan designs proposal procedures and account servicing.
- Experience with Fully Insured and Level-Funded plans.
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
- Illinois Life Sickness Accident and Health license.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid drivers license.
