Position Summary:
We Are Looking for Detail-oriented and Professional Painters to Join Our Team. After Our Installation Crews Complete Window and Patio Door Projects You Will Be Responsible for Staining or Painting the Interior Surfaces of Wood and Fiberglass Products to Achieve a High-quality Lasting Finish.
Responsibilities:
Travel to Residential Job Sites Throughout the Chicagoland Area.
Stain Paint and Finish the Interior of Wood and Fiberglass Windows Patio Doors and Trim.
Match Finishes to Customer Specifications and Ensure Consistent Professional Results.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area Inside Each Customers Home.
Communicate Effectively with Homeowners Project Managers and Installation Crews.
Ensure Projects Are Completed on Time with the Highest Level of Craftsmanship.
Follow All Safety Procedures and Company Standards.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience As a Residential Painter or Finisher Preferably with Windows Doors or Trim Work.
Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Quality Craftsmanship.
Ability to Match Stains and Finishes to Existing Woodwork.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills.
Reliable Transportation and Ability to Travel Throughout Chicagoland.
Ability to Work Independently or As Part of a Crew.
Must Provide Own Painting/Staining Tools and Equipment (for 1099 Contractors).
