RevOps Manager/Syntropic Engineer
The Role
Kalungi is looking for a Syntropic Engineer to design scalable systems that bring clarity to fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. This role blends RevOps martech and AI orchestrationbuilding workflows reusable assets and frameworks that align teams and drive growth.
This is a first-of-its-kind position ideal for someone who loves solving complex operational puzzles and designing systems people actually want to use.
Responsibilities
- Architect martech RevOps and AI-driven workflows.
- Implement STOP (Standardize Templatize Optimize Productize) for client projects.
- Orchestrate AI agents using MCP and advanced prompt frameworks.
- Build reusable HubSpot templates attribution models and dashboards.
- Maintain and update our Playbook with best practices in syntropy engineering.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in RevOps martech or demand generation.
- Proficiency with HubSpot GA4 CRM workflows and attribution modeling.
- Programming skills in APIs LLM pipelines and prompt design.
- Strong systems thinker who can simplify and structure complexity.
- Curious entrepreneurial mindseteager to help define and evolve a new role.
