RevOps Manager/Syntropic Engineer

The Role
Kalungi is looking for a Syntropic Engineer to design scalable systems that bring clarity to fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. This role blends RevOps martech and AI orchestrationbuilding workflows reusable assets and frameworks that align teams and drive growth.

This is a first-of-its-kind position ideal for someone who loves solving complex operational puzzles and designing systems people actually want to use.

Responsibilities

Architect martech RevOps and AI-driven workflows.
Implement STOP (Standardize Templatize Optimize Productize) for client projects.
Orchestrate AI agents using MCP and advanced prompt frameworks.
Build reusable HubSpot templates attribution models and dashboards.
Maintain and update our Playbook with best practices in syntropy engineering.

What Were Looking For

3 years in RevOps martech or demand generation.
Proficiency with HubSpot GA4 CRM workflows and attribution modeling.
Programming skills in APIs LLM pipelines and prompt design.
Strong systems thinker who can simplify and structure complexity.
Curious entrepreneurial mindseteager to help define and evolve a new role.
