This is a leadership role where youll make a real impact shaping team culture driving best practice and ensuring our customers receive fair timely and high-quality assessments every time.
What youll be doing
As the Home Assessing Team Manager youll:
- Lead and inspire a team of Assessors (both field and desktop) to deliver consistent high-quality results.
- Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Foster a positive collaborative team culture built on accountability and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our builder and trade networks.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes systems and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Youis Quality Repair Framework keeping safety compliance and build quality front of mind.
- Support Youis response to catastrophe events ensuring readiness and delivery excellence.
- Travel occasionally within your state (and at times interstate) to support your team and our customers.

- Experience in assessing building or insurance (bonus points if youve worked in property or trade networks).
