About position
Are you ready to lead a growing office in Valencia
We are looking for someone who can take charge of the daily operations of our call center and back office . Youll motivate and guide the team making sure the office runs smoothly and feels like your own shop.
What Youll Do
- Manage the daily call center with the trainer/coach
- Lead the back office team
- Motivate inspire & evaluate employees
- Coach and train staff
- Monitor KPIs and take action when needed
- Report results to management
- Ensure the office looks good and feels welcoming
What Were Looking For
- C2 Dutch English - excellent communication skills
- Full-time availability (39 hours/week)
- Living in or near Valencia
- MBO level education
- Leadership experience (sales background plus)
- Stress-resistant & sales-minded
- Excited to build a strong and successful office
