We re hiring Material Coordinators to support essential warehouse operations that power critical industries. If youre detail-oriented safety-minded and ready to work in a high-performance environment this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact every single day.
Youll be responsible for shipping receiving storing transferring and tracking materials in compliance with industry regulations while playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Whether youre operating forklifts documenting inventory or preparing for audits youll be an integral part of a trusted efficient logistics team.
You ll work 40 hours per week with the following shift options:
Standard hours: 2:00 PM 1:00 AM EST
5 days per week (Monday Friday or Tuesday Saturday or other flex days)
Schedule finalized during interview based on candidate availability and business need
Standard hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM EST
Alternate shifts such as 10:00 AM 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM 8:00 PM may be considered
All candidates should initially be available for 10:00 PM 8:00 AM
Final schedule confirmed during interview
A 2-week notice will be provided for any changes in schedule.
Execute warehouse operations in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations
Perform all material movement tasks: shipping receiving storing delivering transferring and reconciling materials
Use Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and trucks (flatbed or panel) to move materials including hazardous goods
Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure audit readiness at all times
Support inventory control activities such as cycle counting and material reconciliation
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
Uphold all environmental health safety and security procedures
High school diploma or GED
Experience working in a warehouse or with material/inventory handling
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain detailed documentation
Positive collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
Willingness to work in a regulated safety-conscious environment
Prior experience in a pharmaceutical biotech or regulated warehouse
Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse inventory management systems
Knowledge of DOT and IATA shipping requirements
Understanding of cGMP/GDP guidelines (or willingness to learn)
Forklift certification and ability to operate powered industrial vehicles
Experience with cold chain distribution
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Frequent standing walking and movement throughout the facility
Use of forklifts or other powered equipment as required
Active participation in safety protocols and compliance standards
