Job Summary

Role: Guidewire Developer (Contract)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid 2-3 days a week)
Duration: 6 month contract to start

Story behind the need:
Client is looking for Guidewire developer analyst with experience in PolicyCenter to enhance the development capacity of the Underwriting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the various projects presented in the strategic planning portfolio:

Develop and adapt solutions according to the requirements and standards of GW Cloud Policy Center.
Participate in the development of the various required features.
Participate in the design and/or implementation of production deployment plans for solutions.
Design and perform unit or integration tests.
Produce technical documentation for developed or adapted solutions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

6 years of experience with Java.
3 years of experience with Guidewire.
Associate GW certification.
Experience with other Guidewire modules including Claims is also valued
Ability to work well in a team.
Curiosity for new technologies
