Current: 4 CNCs Nurses 23 RNs 7 PCT 2 Contract PCTs 2 Unit Secretary. Type of staff: o Day/night Shift 1 CNC 5-6 NURSES 3 PCTs 1 Unit Secretary Patient Ratios 1:4 1:5 Type of equipment - Welch Alyn Vital Signs Machine Dash Bedside Monitor Telemetry BiPapp EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Experience with administering and monitoring IV Cardiac drips i.e. Dilitizem and Amiodorone Cardene and IV Insulin Basic ECG rhythm interpretation Management of Continuous Bipapp High Flow Oxygen systems i.e. Vapo Therm Post CV surgery management Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Acute Cardiac Care Acute Stroke Care Acute Respiratory Care List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Ultrasound IV insertion Paracentesis Best personality Fit: N/A REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS BLS Floating Area(s): CVT ICU and may need to float to other med/surg units as needed.
