Job Description
Duties
- Manages Task Orders related to ServiceNow modules - enhancements to ITSM ITOM Asset Mgmt Pro PA and delivery of new SPM and CSM modules.
- Coordinates requirements gathering UAT cutover and post-implementation support.
- Tracks KPIs such as incident resolution SLAs request fulfillment asset compliance rates and customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirement
- 8 years of IT project management experience including 3 years leading ServiceNow module implementations or enhancements.
Specialized Experience
- Direct PM experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and Asset Mgmt Pro.
- Demonstrated success leading CSM or SPM implementations and managing enterprise integrations.
