Job Summary:
This Registered Nurse position requires providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients. The role involves patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments and monitoring.
- Medication administration and documentation.
- Treatment planning and implementation.
- Collaboration with physicians other nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work (if applicable).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room settings.
Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required every other weekend.
- The position may require floating between units.
- This is a short-term acute care/Level III Trauma Center.
- 48-hour work periods are not approved.
- Patient ratios are 30:1.
Scheduling:
- Block scheduling is not required.
- On-call is not required.
