Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute on-ground events promotions and guest engagement activities at the hotel
- Liaise with vendors event suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
- Handle guest communication during events and represent the hotels brand with professionalism
- Support PR initiatives including media visits influencer collaborations and brand activations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design decor and branding needs are met
- Maintain a calendar of hotel activities events and local engagement opportunities
- Create post-event reports and support feedback collection
