Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute on-ground events promotions and guest engagement activities at the hotel
Liaise with vendors event suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
Handle guest communication during events and represent the hotels brand with professionalism
Support PR initiatives including media visits influencer collaborations and brand activations
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design decor and branding needs are met
Maintain a calendar of hotel activities events and local engagement opportunities
Create post-event reports and support feedback collection
