Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
SEZ Compliance:
Ensure compliance with SEZ Online Portal requirements and maintain statutory registers.
Coordinate with Finance HR and Admin teams for SEZ-related audits and reporting.
Handle approvals for sub-contracting inter-unit transfers and de-bonding of assets.
Liaise with SEZ Development Commissioners and Customs for approvals and inspections.
Maintain audit readiness and respond to SEZ notices or queries.

Import/Export Operations:
Oversee import/export documentation including Bill of Entry Shipping Bills and invoices.
Ensure timely clearance of goods and coordination with freight forwarders and CHAs.
Monitor bonded inventory movements and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Support classification valuation and duty exemption processes.
Maintain records for reconciliation and audit under FTP and SEZ guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field.
4 7 years of experience in SEZ compliance and international trade operations.
Strong knowledge of SEZ Act & Rules FTP Customs Act and GST implications.
Experience with SEZ Online Portal ICEGATE and DGFT systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical abilities.
