Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Engineering and Operations Consultant with strong expertise in engineering-to-manufacturing integration and SAP S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of SAP ETM functionalities and PLM integration along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP Production Engineering and Operations solutions ensuring smooth integration between engineering and manufacturing processes.
Configure and customize SAP ETM functionalities including bills of materials (eBOMs) engineering change management routing and work center configurations.
Integrate PLM systems (Windchill) to SAP S/4 HANA via SAP PDMI ensuring accurate data synchronization and process efficiency.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders technical teams and cross-functional departments to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
Provide guidance on SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies best practices and continuous improvements.
Support testing training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and engineering-to-manufacturing integration.
Strong expertise in SAP ETM functionalities (BOMs routing work centers engineering change management).
Hands-on experience with PLM system integration (Windchill SAP S/4 HANA via PDMI).
Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA configuration customization and implementation methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex requirements.
