Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Engineering and Operations Consultant with strong expertise in engineering-to-manufacturing integration and SAP S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of SAP ETM functionalities and PLM integration along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP Production Engineering and Operations solutions ensuring smooth integration between engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Configure and customize SAP ETM functionalities including bills of materials (eBOMs) engineering change management routing and work center configurations.
- Integrate PLM systems (Windchill) to SAP S/4 HANA via SAP PDMI ensuring accurate data synchronization and process efficiency.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders technical teams and cross-functional departments to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Provide guidance on SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies best practices and continuous improvements.
- Support testing training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and engineering-to-manufacturing integration.
- Strong expertise in SAP ETM functionalities (BOMs routing work centers engineering change management).
- Hands-on experience with PLM system integration (Windchill SAP S/4 HANA via PDMI).
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA configuration customization and implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex requirements.
