Job Title: Certified web Developer II (Remote)
Location: Madison WI
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Divisions of Unemployment Insurance. Project work will include: application design and development new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing creating and maintaining web services system integration web development and Agile Scrum development methodology. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis. Certified Web Developer III capabilities with 5 or more years of experience core relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently performs a variety of complicated tasks a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
These 10 needs are part of the new modernization project at client. These positions are split into 2 groups with 5 working in the benefits system and 5 in the tax system.

Required Skills:
- 3 years experience Core 8
- 5 years experience with WCF - Windows Communication Foundation
- 3 years experience with Oracle
Preferred Skills:
- 3 years experience with Web Accessibility coding
- 3 years experience with C#/Blazor
- Previous work experience in government insurance accounting or case management systems
