Job Description
Position:- Finance Advisor (Education Loan)
Job Location :- Sector 126 Noida Uttar Pradesh 201313
Full time Permanent and nbsp;
About the role:-
We are looking for Financial Advisors to evaluate and authorize loan applications for our students. You will act as a liaison between students and amp; loan services ensuring that the qualified applicants will acquire loans on time. .Youll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey BCG KPMG Deloitte EY and startups such as Byjus Paytm etc. to establish nurture and grow business across categories and amp; territories.
Role and Responsibilities:- and nbsp;
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require a loan and nbsp;
Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. and nbsp;
Place outbound calls send letters and emails to contact delinquent borrowers and advise them of their repayment responsibility and options. and nbsp;
Receive phone calls from students answering their questions regarding their loan queries and repayment options. and nbsp;
Analyzing the financial status of a borrower. and nbsp;
Monitor and analyze the steady pipeline to review performance and amp; optimize accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met. and nbsp;
Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
Create lead engagement plans and strategy. and nbsp;
Research the details pertaining to each offering and add onto it on a timely basis.
Requirements:-
Bachelors degree in any or a related field.
6 months -5 years of experience in financial industry fintech or study abroad sector preferred.
Should have demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market student consultant exchange companies etc.
Should have consistently performed in sales environment either in an AD2 or sales profiles .
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel and amp; Power Point would be an asset.
Positive attitude flexible nature a person who would thrive in a fast- paced constantly changing environment .
Ability to work flexible hour
Knowledge for forex outward remittance and the markets is desirable. and nbsp;
Should be analytically strong and amp; willingness
