Position Summary:
The Associate Director plays a pivotal leadership role in a residential treatment program serving women with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders as well as their dependent children. The Associate Director works closely with the Sr. Director to ensure delivery of trauma-informed gender-responsive family-centered care that promotes long-term recovery and stability. This position oversees daily operations supervises the Cheshire leadership team and ensures regulatory compliance and supports the implementation of evidence-based practices in a nurturing safe and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of residential treatment services ensuring quality care safety and compliance with licensing/accreditation standards.
- Supervise and support program staff through recruitment training scheduling and performance management.
- Contribute to client care by supporting assessments treatment planning and coordination with families and community partners.
- Monitor program outcomes maintain data tracking systems and support continuous quality improvement.
- Build and maintain strong community partnerships
Employment Type: Full time Employee (W-2) Salary Exempt
Typical Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8AM- 5PM
Compensation: Starting Salary between $85000- $94000 / Annually depending on qualifications and experience
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related field (required).
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW LMFT LPCC or equivalent).
- CADC II or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health substance use disorder treatment or residential services.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or program management experience preferably in a women and childrens program.
WF Employment Requirements:
- This role requires the Associate Director to be primarily available on-site; Must be located in the Eugene OR area or be willing to commute.
- Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)

Skills and Competencies Needed:
- Strong clinical knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.

- Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in electronic health records and case management systems.
