The Role:
As a Manager- Slot Techs you will be responsible for ensuring efficient technical support is always available. Ensures the Slot Technical Department operates in a way that enhances guests perception of Ballys Chicago Casino as an exciting entertainment destination providing an unparalleled gaming experience. Strives to deliver excellent service to all internal and external guests. Performs all duties in alignment with Ballys Chicago Casino ICs Illinois Gaming Board policies and upholds the companys vision mission and values.
Target Range of Pay- $80000
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance with Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all ICs and Illinois Gaming Board standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures adherence to ICs and theIllinois Gaming Board Code of Conduct Internal Rules and Regulations always
General Job Functions
- Ensures development of the annual budget and cost management for the Slot Technical Department
- Plans organizes and coordinates departmental work assigning projects and responsibilities
- Assists in planning developing and implementing slot game and layout changes
- Focuses on staff career advancement through assessments training and development programs
- Oversees the efficient operation maintenance and repair of all slot machines
- Troubleshoots and repairs slot machines and equipment including circuit boards
- Performs initial setup repairs preventative maintenance and floor repairs for slot machines
- Monitors players for improper use or cheating reporting incidents to management and security
- Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slot Technician department
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum 5 yearsin slot machine management in a casino environment
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of gaming equipment setup and repair of electrical electronic and mechanical components with recent hands-on experience
- Ensures high standards of service fostering a quality-focused workforce and motivating by example with energy and enthusiasm
- Possess a solid understanding of slot technical operations including inventory control ACSC and staff development programs
- Adapts to work various shifts ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a professional appearance
