This innovative organization with $60M in annual revenue is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a remote position with occasional travel to their Central Texas headquarters to collaborate closely with the executive team.

This position requires a strong leader who is willing to be very hands-on and is interested in training and mentoring staff. You will manage all aspects of the companys financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop financial strategies and plans.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the finance team fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Utilize strong NetSuite expertise to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with NetSuite is required.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within a finance department.
- Experience in government contracting is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Central Texas headquarters.
