Work Hours:M-F (40 hours)
Work Location:Deerfield IL
This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics tracking deliverables preparing communications and maintaining detailed program documentation. This role enables faster execution improved accountability and a more efficient transformation process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Power BI (basic level).
- Skilled in using PowerApps to streamline workflows and processes.
- Experienced in building dashboards to track and visualize project progress.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 8-10 years of experience in project coordinator role.
