Job Description:
Client Care Coordinator
Branch Location: Longview
Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

As a Client Care Coordinator youll:
Support healthcare staff and patients by managing care schedules and administrative needs
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and caregivers
Ensure smooth communication and workflow in a high-paced environment
Help your team reach their full potential by providing excellent coordination and problem-solving
High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting
Home Care or Home Health experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
