You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBased on pharma shopper behaviour and RH&Skin category insight identify business opportunities and design Contac/FLX/BTB offline channel strategy (especially by Geo by sub-Channel by KA) to deliver sales share and profit.
Design develop and deploy offline Contac/FLX/BTB 4P strategy (price portfolio place promotion) create and launch shopper program merchandising guidelines to drive distribution in-store visibility offtake and channel execution.
Track and feedback on the execution of category plans bridge BU and the sales team enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
Monitor market dynamics analyze and evaluate competitor activities take quick actions towards market and channel changes.
Responsible for category E2E business cycle such as annually target setting (31 plan&OP) monthly forecasting (Pre DRM) and quarterly cycle meeting.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
University or above degree major in Marketing Business Administration related
Shopper marketing experience including deploying successful toolkits
Experience creating and executing shopper activations and working with external creative agencies
Project Management experience
Qualifications: (/ Key success factors the job holder should have)
- 3-7more than 3years hands-on Channel Marketing experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry

Some category Channel Marketing or category management experience is preferred
- Some sales management experience is preferred
