Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $100000 to $115000 (based on experience)
Relocation allowance available
Health insurance employer pays 91% (only $47 per pay period)

Retirement plan funded at 8.5% to start increasing up to 14.5% over time
Paid Time Off: 26 days in the first year increasing up to 44 days

No nights no weekends no on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Supervise 6 to 10 doctoral-level psychology students in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Oversee student-led testing assessments individual therapy and group therapy sessions
Provide clinical guidance oversight and feedback to support student learning and patient care quality
Ensure compliance with clinical training standards and documentation protocols
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and staff development activities

Requirements

Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
Clear and active Florida psychologist license (or license-eligible)
At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience (inpatient psychiatric experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience in supervising psychology students or trainees
Proficient in psychological assessment principles and supervision practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passionate about clinical education and mentorship
