Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $100000 to $115000 (based on experience)
- Relocation allowance available

Responsibilities
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Supervise a team of six doctoral-level psychology students offering guidance and feedback
- Provide second opinions for clients requiring transfer to the state hospital
- Deliver 1-32 (Baker Act) second opinions and court testimony on involuntary hospitalization cases
- Coordinate administer score and interpret psychological tests and assessments
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team on treatment planning and evaluations
- Participate in team meetings training and ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate compliant and timely documentation
- Uphold ethical and clinical standards in all aspects of care
Requirements
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
- Clear and active Florida psychologist license (or license-eligible)
- At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience (inpatient psychiatric preferred)
- Expertise in psychological assessment and interpretation
- Proven experience supervising psychology students or trainees
- Strong communication and leadership skills
