Compensation
At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices.The estimated base pay for this position is $47800-$59800.This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual short-term incentive bonus subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate aboutPrototyping and Tooling S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate ourManufacturingfunction. As aManufacturing Technician youll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse Maintenance Mechanic conducts troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance services to assembly fixtures and test equipment throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Assist in creating PM tasks and frequency
- Identify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions
- Contribute to the continual improvement process
- Perform repairs on production fixtures and tooling
- Assist Tool makers with troubleshooting
Required
- High School diploma / GED
What youll Need To Succeed:
- Preventive Maintenance Technician candidates should have 3years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Maintenance Technician should have their own tools: specialty tools will be provided
- Excellent communications skills
- Basic use of computers and tablet
