Job Summary

*Direct Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior UI/UX Designer position! This is a full-time direct hire opportunity and can be hybrid in Buffalo NY Orlando FL or Chicago IL. Qualified remote candidates will be considered; occasional travel to the listed locations would be required.

What Youll Be Doing:

Design and deliver intuitive visually consistent and accessible web-based user interfaces for enterprise users and external customers.
Create wireframes prototypes and implement high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate in an Agile environment to refine and evolve solutions.
Implement design patterns reusable across the enterprise.
Contribute to product strategy through collaborative brainstorming sessions.

What Youll Need to Have:

Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both design and development work.
Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Adobe).
Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and information architecture.
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences.
Skilled in using analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs.
Experience with user research personas journey mapping and usability testing.
Experience working in Agile team environments.
Ability to build components using HTML/CSS and React.
Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant field.
510 years of professional design experience on consumer websites SaaS or enterprise software.
Demonstrable UX research experience.
UX design certification a plus.
Knowledge of logistics or transportation systems is a plus.

Salary Range:$160000-$175000
