Job Description
A leading company in sustainable services is looking for a motivated results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join its team in Romania. This is an opportunity for a sales-driven professional who wants to contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new clients;
- Promote and sell the companys products and services;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Support the team of Account Managers in achieving sales targets;
- Monitor and optimize sales performance;
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Secondary or higher education;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years) including supporting team members;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support sales goal achievement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce;
- Willingness to travel frequently.
