Job Description
We are looking for an AccountingAssistant you will be a vital part of our finance team ensuring timely andaccurate payment processing invoicing and reconciliations. Your primaryresponsibility will be managing the companys payables maintaining financialrecords and collaborating with vendors. If you have a keen eye for detailstrong organizational skills and a passion for financial accuracy this rolemight be an excellent fit for you.
What you will be doing:
Full cycle accounts payable:
o Processand enter invoices against purchase orders.
o Secureany required approvals.
o Workwith vendors on month end for reconciliation.
o Prepareand execute payment through Quickbooks Online.
Full cycle accounts recievable:
o Generateand send client invoices.
o Issuemonthly statements and send out for payment.
o Recordpayments received.
Analyze reconcile and post Visastatements.
Maintain organized financial records.
Support internal teams with financialdata.
Process internal expense reports forcredit cards and purchases for reimbursement.
Provide assistance to financialcontroller.
Assist in month end requirements.
Other duties as assigned by TheCompany.

Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail andanalytical skills are essential.
Previous accounting experience isrequired.
Post-secondary education in a relevantfield is considered an asset.
