Job Summary
Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut where patient-centered care is prioritized within a supportive collaborative work environment. This position offers a highly sought-after split between in-office and virtual/work from home weekday schedule.
Hybrid Primary Care Position Details:
- Role: Primary Care Physician (Pedi and Adult or Adult only)
- Location: Plainfield CT
- Setting: In-office and Hybrid/Virtual schedule split
- Schedule: Full-time weekdays only
- Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight 2 months
- Other compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus Loan repayment support Sign-on bonus Relocation stipend
