Position Description:
We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect for one of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
oDeveloping complex ServiceNow enhancements new modules and catalog solutions.
oAdvanced troubleshooting for ServiceNow security issues break/fix scenarios and architectural solutioning.
oServiceNow upgrade management including pre-upgrade analysis instance cloning contingency planning and production deployment.
oCommunicate complex technical solutions clearly to customer administrators and business solution owners.
oConduct Quality Assurance testing to validate all development work against documented user stories before release for UAT.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Advanced technical expertise in ServiceNow modules.
This person(s) must be a strong verbal and written communicator and have a background in working in a consulting role
