About the Role:
This Operations Leader role is to help promote a productive environment allowing the team to have quality guest interactions. More specifically you will be responsible for leading a team of Ski Technicians in their role of delivering ski rental equipment to guests in their accommodations planning future shifts ensuring quality equipment and helping to answer guest questions related to our service and products. You will also be responsible for growing the business and will be rewarded as it grows. We are looking for someone who has ownership is self-motivated driven to succeed and wants to grow this business and share in that each other up for success is what drives us forward at Ski Butlers. Primary Responsibilities:
Pre-season shop set up
Weekly scheduling
Daily operations planningand execution
Hands on shop shifts coaching Team Leaders and Ski Technicians
Weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and managers
Weekly resourcing reports
Labor and expense management
Secondary Responsibilities:
Strong confident and professional communication skills.
Ability to balance time between sales and operations effectively through use of calendar coaching and provided tools.
Detail-oriented with good note taking skills.
Ability to accept and deliver necessary feedback
Polished writing skills are a plus.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Previous management/ leadership experience is a plus.
