What Youll Do

As an LPN at Lifetime youll work alongside our Registered Nurses and care teams to:

Provide personal care and assist with daily health routines.
Monitor individuals health status and report concerns to the RN.
Administer medications and treatments safely in line with policies.
Support medical appointments and follow-up care.
Promote daily living skills independence and community participation.
Assist with health-related staff training and provide guidance on shift as needed.

What Were Looking For

Current New York State LPN license in good standing.
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills.

Valid drivers license and ability to meet transportation requirements.
