Looking for an Optometrist role that blends clinical depth strong team culture and the space to grow
In this vibrant independent practice (one of the largest of its kind in the South West) youll be working alongside a highly experienced clinical team in a setting designed to support your development and spark long-term career satisfaction.

- Up to 65000 FTE salary bonus structure
- GOC & AOP fees covered
- 45 days/week (including alternate Saturdays) part-time welcomed too
- Fully air-conditioned spacious practice equipped with Optomap retinal imaging Heidelberg OCT Latest Humphrey VFA
- Work alongside a team of highly qualified clinicians: 4 IP-qualified Optometrists Glaucoma diploma holders Orthoptists specialist contact lens fitters & dyslexia specialist
- Opportunities to spend part of the week in hospital ophthalmology clinics (casualty paediatrics orthoptics)
- Support for higher qualifications encouraged and provided
- 33 days holiday (FTE) including bank holidays and closed on Sundays & bank holidays
