Job Description

Job Title - Orthopeadic Physiotherapist

Location: Mississauga Clinic

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of clinic home community settings.


We are seeking a business-savvy Orthopedic Physiotherapist to grow our clinic in Mississauga. This is your chance to take charge of a thriving clinic drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the community.

In this role you will provide Orthopaedic Physiotherapy services to clients recovering from surgeries injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Youll work closely with patients to restore mobility reduce pain and improve overall function helping them get back to doing what they love.

What you will be doing:

  • Assess plan and implement individualized treatment programs for clients with orthopedic conditions..
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques including manual therapy therapeutic exercise and modalities to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on injury prevention post-operative care and home exercise programs.

Skills for Success:

  • Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • A proactive client-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary tea
  • Experience in orthopaedic manual and musculoskeletal physiotherapy preferred.
  • Experience in exercise prescription and functional training preferred.
  • Candidates with AIM level courses or equivalent preferred.
