About the Role
Were seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations at a national rehabilitation this role youll oversee clinical and administrative teams ensure high-quality patient care and drive operational efficiency. Youll be responsible for compliance financial performance staff development and fostering a positive team culture all while maintaining a patient-centered focus. This position offers leadership growth opportunities performance-based incentives and advancement within a well-established healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth workflows and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative staff including onboarding training and performance reviews.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting expense management and profitability goals.

• Ensure compliance with state federal and company regulations.

• Build strong relationships with physicians payers and referral partners to grow patient volume.
• Provide direct patient care as needed (evaluations treatments and assessments).

• Maintain a safe clean and compliant clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE or equivalent).

• Active state licensure/registration required.

• Previous clinical experience in PT/OT with proven supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance operations and financial management.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
