Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking an Children Adult/Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the Payson team. This is a position working 30 hours per week at Payson OP. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be able to assess diagnose and treat the mental health needs of patients.
About the Position
This position has primary responsibility for the medical and psychiatricfunctions in an outpatient clinical setting. Provides general psychiatric services and is responsible for ensuring that the psychiatric services are in compliance with OBHL as defined in the Covered Services Guide. Provides psychiatric assessments medication monitoring & continuity of care facilitation for adults and/or children/adolescentclients in an outpatient settingusing a client-directed outcome informed approach. This may include direct supervision as well as review and revision of all applicable procedures and their execution relating to the daily medically related activities. Maintains expected level of productivity goals. Maintains appropriate medical chart management and documentation with particular emphasis on PCP coordination of care laboratoryand vitals compliance standards. Collaborate withProgram Director in delivering program specific services. Provide opportunities for clinical case staffings to OP site staff as needed.
