The People Operations Manager will lead and oversee the core People processes that support the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance efficiency and a high-quality employee experience. This role combines strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence scaling with well-designed processes systems and policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing People Operations managing compliance across jurisdictions and partnering with P&C peers to foster a culture of accountability fairness and engagement.
