Partner with the best
As an SVI Assembler you will provide Coordinates efforts to perform assembly from components per assembly drawings/bill of material based on process instructions for Smart Valves Interface systems2 (SVI) including instrumentation legacy line for positioners as valve interface. Oversees functional testing on assemblies using electronic/ pneumatic equipment.
As a SVI Assembler you will be responsible for:
- Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
- The use of forklifts and other departmental equipment machines hand tools and power tools needed for assembly.
- Ensure test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria
- Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
- Monitors and applies settings calibrates and maintains assembly tools
- Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation operation calibration repair and maintenance at customers sites
- Desire to lead others in work efforts.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will require:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience. Successful completion of welding tests and qualifications. Have relevant experience working in Energy and/or Oil & Gas Petrochemicals instrumentation and/or process control
- Experience in SVI 2 assembly line and additional lines as legacy instrumentation
- Good mechanical background
