WHO YOU ARE:
As a Software engineer you will execute on products vision for a modern frictionless scalable API first and persona-driven customer identity and access management system which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry. You will partner with fellow engineers to create a reusable predictable and discoverable design and development framework allowing rapid consistent and maintainable customer authentication and authorization solutions. We are seeking a team player with leadership experience exceptional users and API security skills and a proven track record of successful delivery.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Design and implement API policies procedures and guidelines.
Develop enterprise API solutions using an industry leading API platform (Kong).
Integrate the enterprise CIAM solution for all internal and external APIs.
Collaborate with CIAM team to extend its capability to serve our clients.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
Bachelors degree in computer science Computer Engineering or related technical field.
2 years of software development experience using typescript frameworks like NestJS.
Understanding in supporting APIs.
Working knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda EC2 S3 etc.
Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning CI/CD Pipelines and application monitoring).
Excellent work ethic. Ability to work and travel independently. Effective strategic thinking skills.
Expert level communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Expert level troubleshooting skills.
Ability to influence lead and work as part of a cross-functional distributed team.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
