What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting valuations and winning instructions for property sales
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
• Negotiating and agreeing property sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation
• Providing first-class customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years experience in estate agency sales
• Proven track record in property sales and generating new business
• Ability to carry out valuations and win listings
• Smart professional and well-presented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
• Local knowledge of Biggleswade and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving license (essential)
