Job Summary
Our Associate PreK Teachers impact students lives by:
- Delivering instruction in the classroom and raising student achievement while working on a school team
- Quickly implementing extensive weekly feedback and training into lesson delivery
- Collaborating with teammates in grade-level and subject-level teams
- Maintaining a classroom culture conducive to student achievement
- Participating in daily weekly and quarterly meetings about student achievement
- Embodying advocating and operationalizing the mission vision and direction of the school
- Participating in the life of the school including student activities and events
- Taking on other tasks as needed

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit stand walk talk hear operate a computer and other office equipment reach with hands and arms and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- This is an in-person role
