Overview
Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic PRN
Location: HealthWorks in Buckhannon WV
Schedule: PRN As Needed Weekdays (Mon-Fri)
HealthWorks in BUCKHANNON WV is seeking local licensed PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is perfect for a WV licensed PT with outpatient experience who values work-life balance. Well pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you.
We treat our diverse community offering general ortho neuro vestibular concussion sports medicine pelvic health FCEs POETs and fall prevention rehabilitative services. Licensed PTs of all experience levels will be considered.
We are open as early as 8A until 6P weekdays Monday through Friday. Per diem / PRN has no set schedule as we will look for as needed coverage during our weekday hours of operation.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
