What Youll Do
Team Leadership & Operations Oversight
- Lead a collaborative team managing networks systems monitoring tools and service delivery.
- Support and develop team members through coaching mentoring and performance feedback.
- Oversee and maintain 24x7 on-call schedules and support matrices for client environments.
Service Management & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor hosting services to ensure availability performance and capacity meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Maintain operational readiness including documentation and knowledge transfer for hosted solutions.
- Identify opportunities for service automation and implement improvements aligned with strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders regarding hosted and managed services.
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure production readiness of new solutions.
- Support technical responses in RFPs/RFIs including pricing and solution sizing.
Financial & Vendor Management
- Manage hosting-related budgets cost models and vendor relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure cost efficiency in vendor services.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience managing cloud or hosted services (e.g. SaaS) in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong leadership experience with 24x7 operational teams focused on uptime reliability and security.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and automation technologies.
- Effective communication stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
