Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Data Science & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of advanced data modeling machine learning and applied generative AI. You will own the design development and deployment of analytical solutionsfrom Snowflake-powered data models to traditional ML models and LLM-powered applicationsthat drive strategic decisions across our B2B SaaS business.

You will work closely with business stakeholders data engineers and product teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and innovative AI-driven tools. This role demands deep technical expertise natural curiosity and a collaborative mindset to lead projects from concept to production.

What Youll Do:

Advanced Data Modeling & Analytics

• Design develop and optimize complex Snowflake data models to support advanced analytics machine learning and AI-driven applications.

• Build scalable efficient data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability for analytics and modeling.

Machine Learning & AI Development

• Develop train and deploy traditional ML models (classification regression clustering etc.) to address key business problems.

• Lead LLM-based solution development including model selection (Claude GPT Mistral Large Gemini etc.) prompt engineering and fine-tuning for enterprise-scale applications.

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic LLM architectures to enable interactive context-aware AI experiences.

AI/ML Lifecycle Management

• Architect and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelinesfrom data preparation and model training to deployment monitoring and performance optimization.

• Establish governance processes for AI models including version control performance tracking and retraining schedules.

Application Development

• Collaborate with developers to create Streamlit-based applications for data visualization analytics self-service and AI interaction.

• Integrate AI models into user-facing tools to enhance business decision-making.

Business Impact & Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities within the B2B SaaS GTM context.

• Translate technical solutions into business value by communicating insights in a clear actionable manner.

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors plus 8 years of hands-on data science experience with a proven track record of delivering production-grade ML models OR Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field plus 6 years of hands-on data science experience with a proven track record of delivering production-grade ML models.

• Advanced Snowflake expertise including complex SQL and scalable datamodel design.

• Proficiency in Python for ML/AI development including popular libraries (scikit-learn pandas NumPy PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Strong LLM expertise: understanding different models (Claude GPT Mistral Gemini etc.) prompt engineering techniques and enterprise AI application development.

• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle management tools (MLflow Vertex AI SageMaker or equivalent).

• Familiarity with RAG and Agentic LLM design patterns.

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Wed Love to See:

• Experience in Streamlit app development for analytics or AI interaction.

• Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and GTM processes (marketing sales customer success).

• Exposure to MLOps best practices and AI governance frameworks.

• Background in working with large-scale Salesforce/SFDC datasets.
