SIXT is seeking an inspirational and commercially driven Head of KAM Sales to lead our New Business and Account Management teams within the car rental sector. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with extensive car rental or leasing experience exceptional sales acumen and a proven ability to lead high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
You will be responsible for executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth market penetration and best-in-class client experiences. Your leadership will shape the future of B2B rental sales at SIXT as we continue our rapid international expansion.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Strategic Sales Leadership
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals driving performance across the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to contract closure. Your leadership will set ambitious targets implement best practices and ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
Team Development & Performance
Leading by example youll coach and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability learning and collaboration. Youll recruit top talent enhance skills through training and promote shared success across both new business and account management teams.
Revenue & Market Growth
Your focus will be on delivering sustainable sales growth and expanding our presence in the rental and leasing markets. You will track performance closely provide accurate forecasting and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

YOUR QUALITIES
Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the rental or leasing industry with a track record of sales leadership and high performance.
Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of sales pipelines performance metrics and forecasting.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decision-making.
Communication: Skilled communicator who can stay connected with dispersed and remote teams.
Commercial Acumen: Able to identify market opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
