Requirements:
- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current therapist license issued by The State of Texas and a current CPR certificate.
- Proficient in technological therapy devices/systems such as tablets e-mail text messaging and electronic documentation (we provide training as needed)
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
