Job Description
Position: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Job Description:
*Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
*Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
*Screen resumes applications and select qualified candidates
*Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
*Assists with the interview process attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors
*Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process identifying and recommending salary ranges incentives start dates and other pertinent details
*Coordinating preemployment screenings distributing background checks and administrative work before the client starts
*Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards client referrals & previous contractors
*Identifying potential sales leads
Projected Earnings:
*Year 1: 45k-55k
*Year 2: 50k-75k
*Year 3: 70k-100k

Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree
*Customer Service experience preferred

*Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

Work Location: In person on-site 5 days a week
